1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CluEd (www.clueducation.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

CluEd provides an AI-guided career counselling service. The service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini via Vertex AI) to generate personalised career recommendations, gap analysis, and action plans based on user-provided information.

Important: Our service provides informational guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or educational advice from qualified human professionals.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their use
• You must provide accurate information during the session
• You must have a valid email address for account creation

4. Account & Sessions

• One account per email address
• Each paid session (₹499) provides one complete 9-stage career journey
• Sessions can be paused and resumed within 30 days of purchase
• After 30 days of inactivity, sessions are marked as expired
• Completed sessions and reports remain accessible indefinitely
• You may purchase multiple sessions at any time

5. Payment Terms

• The session fee is ₹499 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of all taxes
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay
• Payment is required before accessing the 9-stage AI journey
• The entry screens (country, life stage, goal, dream) are free
• All payments are final — see our Refund Policy

6. AI-Generated Content

The career recommendations, gap analysis, and action plans generated by our AI are:

• Informational only — not professional advice
• Based on your inputs — accuracy depends on the honesty of your responses
• Not guaranteed — career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our analysis
• Generated in real-time — results may vary if you take the session again

We do not guarantee employment, admission, or any specific career outcome.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during your session
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content in text responses

8. Intellectual Property

The CluEd platform, branding, AI prompts, and methodology are our intellectual property. Your career report and session data belong to you — you may download, print, and share your report freely.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We are not liable for career decisions made based on our AI recommendations
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session (₹499)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Your session progress is saved and will be available when service resumes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@clueducation.com.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
