Why No Refunds?

Each career counselling session is powered by AI that generates personalised content specifically for you. The moment you begin your paid session:

AI computing resources are consumed to generate your personalised questions
Your unique career profile is built and stored
Custom recommendations are generated based on your specific inputs
A personalised journey route is created that cannot be reused or resold

Because the service delivers personalised, AI-generated content immediately upon access, refunds are not possible.

Before You Pay

We designed our flow so you can experience value before paying:

Free: Country selection, life stage, and journey preview
Free: Account creation (no payment required)
Free: Goal selection and dream aspiration entry
Free: See your personalised journey name and what's included

By the time you reach the payment screen, you've already seen your personalised journey preview and know exactly what you're paying for.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund or credit if:

Technical failure: The platform experienced a critical error that prevented you from completing your session, and we were unable to resolve it within 7 days
Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same session due to a payment processing error

To request an exception, email contact@clueducation.com within 7 days of payment with your payment ID and a description of the issue.

Session Expiry

Your paid session remains active for 30 days. If you do not complete it within 30 days, the session expires and is marked as abandoned. Expired sessions are not eligible for refunds. You may purchase a new session at any time.
